Coaching is about helping you to remove barriers and blocks. The coaching process can help you identify and change long-held, self-limiting or negative beliefs and may help you to source further specific support you require to reach your goals or break old patterns.
The role of a coach is to help empower you to access your own creativity and passion, and turn your aspirations into reality through concrete actions and decision-making.
I work with and support a wide variety of people from all backgrounds with a huge range of ideas and goals, from creative freelancers and performers, to social enterprises and community groups.
