There you are, slaving away over a blank screen, trying to finish that article, conjure up that killer logo, or finally getting that last piece of website navigation to work but…your mind has gone blank, you are out of coffee and, somehow, the clock is still ticking!
Creativity generally flows best when we are relaxed, open and in tune with the energy of life. Inspiration can come in the most unlikely form or from the most unlikely source if you are able to tune into it.

Arcana Creative Coaching will not change deadlines or working practices overnight, but it can help take you out of the dead-end situation, take a new perspective, and find new inspiration for the solution you require. Arcana Coaching Director Clive Gross spent over 15 years working in the music and entertainment industry.
He has been product manager for independent labels specialising in a variety of genres. He has worked for a major film distribution company, responsible for brands including MTV and Nickelodeon, and has been a Key Account Manager in a specialist film industry design agency, managing international packaging and promotional material for major film releases.
Outside music and film, he has been Brand, PR and Marketing Manager for two East Sussex based leisure and fitness operators.
