 Coaching Facilitation and Training Fees
Many Coaching companies and trainers prefer to use the word ‘investment’ when it comes to money. Of course, using services such as ours is indeed an investment in your life, business, career or creativity, but as plain talking types we prefer to use simple words - like fees. What you are really buying into is our experience. That is a hard thing to put a monetary value on, but if we want to live on more than cat food and be able to continue to offer our services, then we must.
We try to keep our fees realistic and affordable, and we always try to offer incentives (aka: bribes) to those of you paying early or booking a number of sessions in advance. We also do our best to be flexible and understanding. For instance, if you pay in advance for a number of coaching sessions, you can use them as you need them (diaries permitting) rather than at rigidly fixed intervals. If you need to cancel a place on a course or an appointment at short notice, we will offer you full credit for a subsequent session if we are able to fill your place.
We also don’t really want to take money off you if we don’t believe we can help. That’s why we like to have an informal chat on the phone or email first so that we can suggest the best route for you. For example, if you are at a very early stage of thinking of starting a business, one of our regular one-day Discover Your Inner Entrepreneur workshops may be the best place to start, before moving on to individual coaching sessions.
In the end, we would rather you found us nice people to do business with and recommend all your friends than make a quick buck and leave you feeling unsatisfied.
One-to-One Coaching and Mentoring
There are three easy ways to access coaching sessions with us, tailored to meet the different ways you may want to use our services. Each can be used for face-to-face or telephone coaching sessions:
Pay-as-you-go: stand-alone sessions booked at any time.
Pre-paid block booking: receive a discount by pre-paying for several coaching sessions and use them as you need them.
Monthly Direct Debit: take out a direct debit for a minimum period of 12 months and enjoy up to 1.5 hours face-to-face or telephone coaching support each month.

Pay-as-you-go and pre-paid rates quoted are based on hourly sessions. Additional pay-as-you-go time charged pro-rata in blocks of 30 minutes. Multiple length pre-paid sessions can be booked up to a maximum of 3 hours. Monthly rates are for up to 90 minutes coaching per month, minimum session 30 minutes. All sessions must be pre-booked.
Group Facilitation and Training
Designed for larger groups of up to 20 people to facilitate meetings, creative seminars, subject related workshops or other bespoke training needs. Rate excludes travel costs and is based on venue, materials and refreshments being provided by you, though we can of course quote for arranging these too. Please call us to discuss your specific requirements and special rates for charity or voluntary groups.
Half day: £250.00
Full day: £400.00
