Coaching for Groups, Communities and Campaigns
Decision making among groups of any kind - even where there is a clear central aim or objective - can sometimes be torturous. Dividing up roles and responsibilities - especially where volunteers may be involved - is often a delicate and fluid process. Coaching can help formulate or adapt strategies, clarify roles and identify talents and abilities within diverse groups.
Coaching can help you with:
Releasing creativity and focusing passion
Developing talent and abilities within the group
Dealing with stressful situations
Improving internal and external relationships
Creative thinking and problem solving
Removing blocks or barriers within groups
Resolving conflicts
Facilitate decision-making
Creating action plans
Bring in a new perspective
As an independent voice, we can help your group ask and answer all those awkward questions before the general public, media or funders do. With a wide range of of group and campaigning experience ourselves, we can help you avoid many of the main pitfalls that cause friction, division and a loss of focus. Coaching for groups, communities or campaigns can help maximise the chances of achieving your goals and running a sustainable organisation.
Increasing professionalism
These days, even a local volunteer run group needs a good degree of professional organisation to run efficiently and be taken seriously. From having the right accounting procedures and constitution in place to handle private donations or public funding, to effective use of the media and modern communication tools, coaching can help you get it right from the outset or adapt to changing circumstances.
